Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I Customize My Photo Border?

    Yes, you can.  We have lots of templates to choose from. After you pick out a template you can customize the text and even add a logo. 

  • What If I Need To Add More Time?

    If you and your guest are having so much fun that you don't want it to end, you can add additional time during the event. Just bring your credit card with you and we can add more time right on the spot. ( provided that there is internet available.)

  • Is The Full Package Price Due At Booking?

    No. You place a deposit to hold the date you need. The deposit amount goes towards the total booking price. The rest of the amount is due 2 days before the event.

  • Will I Have To Operate the Photo Booth?

    No. We want our clients to enjoy themselves. We will have an attendant present during the entire event.

  • How Do I Get My Photos?

    Once you finish taking photos, you will have instant access to the photos on our social sharing station. You will also receive a gallery of all of the photos the day after your event.

  • When Is The Balance Due?

    The balance of the amount is due 2 days before the event.
